Customers who require local collection have the option to select local pick-up at check-out our pickup times are Friday and Saturdays each week. Alternatively customers wishing to do a cash sale can visit our store in person on our open days. For more information regarding open times and store location see 


Maroske Peech uses AusPost when shipping Domestic (Australian) and standard international (rest of world) orders

Domestic flat rate shipping costs include online tracking, once order has been fulfilled you will receive a tracking number via email. Signature on delivery options are available in checkout to assure that if you are not available to receive your item when it is being delivered it will be taken to a parcel collection location for collection. Please remember to take valid photo ID when collecting parcels. We highly recommended that you select this option at checkout to avoid any lost of missing parcels on delivery.

**For International Express delivery Maroske Peech uses UPS express services. We highly recommend this shipping option for international orders to avoid delays in the shipment process. We ship international orders from our studio every Friday. If you have ordered prior to our fulfilment day and require your parcel to be sent earlier please get in contact with us at info@maroskepeech.com

If ordering standard international postage, once the parcel has left Australia, AusPost will pass the parcel over to the destination country’s local post service. AusPost’s tracking will no longer be updated due to this hand over. Please use the same tracking number when looking up your parcel via the destination country’s local post avenues. Some international orders will be subject to customs fees and delays. Please note this when ordering. These fees are outside of Maroske Peech’s control and are the responsibility of the receiver.

Please note that Maroske Peech can not be held responsible for third-party postage/courier delays, or for the loss or damage of a parcel while in the hands of a third party delivery system. We endeavour to pack each piece so that your order arrives safely. If you have any issues with the whereabouts of your parcel you can track it at any time using the tracking number provided in your fulfilment email. 
In the instance that a parcel is missing or lost please notify us and we will do whatever we can do on our end to lodge an investigation with the postal service. We do not offer refunds for damaged, lost or stolen packages during


Currently our shipping is taking longer than expected to arrive due to higher than usual volume of packages during Covid-19. Please allow extra time for your parcels to arrive.

Domestic (within Australia) postage please allow an extra few days for your package to arrive. If you have chosen Express shipping at checkout please note that Australia Post has suspended their ‘Express Post’ guarantee until further notice.
